Mirror Mirror – tell me please

Rina Schenfeld is a multidisciplinary artist: dancer, choreographer, artistic director, and teacher.

As a pioneer of artistic dance in Israel and a respected cultural ambassador worldwide for over 65 years, she has achieved immense success as both a performer and creator, earning international recognition and prestigious awards. Among these are the EMET Prize, the Rosenblum Prize, the Honorary Citizen of Tel Aviv award, and the IUPA Lifetime Achievement Award. She has earned distinguished accolades such as "The Queen of Israeli Dance" and "one of the most important dancers of our time" (The New York Times). Over the years, Schenfeld has created over 120 original works, many of which have become foundational classics. She developed a unique, imaginative movement language that seamlessly integrates objects, vocal sounds, song, video, painting, and sculpture.
